This is kind of snazzy. It’s good to see Volvo evolving from the box car design to something that looks more like a BMW 3-series or Audi A4.
Yes, Ford still owns Volvo… this week. Who knows what will happen next with the automobile industry.
If this goes to market as similar as the XC60 did from concept to production, it'll be among the best-looking sedans on the market, and definitely a benchmark in automotive designs.
I think Ford would be more likely to drop Mazda from the corporate banner (or Mercury, really) than it would Vovlo, as it has been using Volvo extensively for safety system design, an expensive part of R&D for any new vehicle. I think they're done with selling off brands in almost-entireties, thank goodness.
Looks great and if it drives as nice as my 2002 Volvo V70XC Cross Country, Volvo and Ford will have another winner. Now if we can see Volvo design and engineering cross over into Ford's mainstream North American models we just might see a resurgence in the American automotive industry.
Riveting, exciting, exquisite, nothing like it and nothing beats that lil monster. When the C30 was showcased I thought it was the car of the century but the Concept takes it to another level. Can't wait to get my hands on it! I just love it and being a volvo fan I can't wait to see the future of hybrid makes by volvo.
We have a winner! ...and I love the future of volvo, Keep it up!!!
